Water Damage in Bathroom

Ground water came into this commercial building causing several areas to flood.  This is one of the bathrooms SERVPRO of High Point successfully extracted and cleaned. Since the issue came from ground water, this particular job was not a covered insurance claim.  The customer was impressed at how knowledgeable we are about what type of losses are covered and which ones are not.  They said that due to our diligence and expertise, they would be recommending us to their friends and family that may have similar issues occur in the future.  No flood is fun by any means, but when you have a Company that knows what they're doing, it can make it a lot easier!
