Foundation Leak

This water loss was caused by a foundation leak that entered the building causing major damage to the walls where water wicked up from the floors. Six air movers and two dehumidifiers were placed strategically throughout the area to start the drying process.  This job took several days to dry out as the floor, after extraction, needed to be dried out completely too.  It took a rotation of several technicians to monitor the drying process.  After the drying process was complete, the walls were painted and the flooring was replaced with new carpet.  The customer was amazed with the results.
