Water Intrusion at a Career Center
Water had leaked in behind the walls at this career center. The insulation needed to be cut out and replaced. The before picture illustrates the extent of damage to the wall cavity at this school. Team SERVPRO of High Point cut two feet from the flooring to the top of the wall to insure that all affected insulation in the cavity of the wall was able to be taken out. As it turned out, several bag fulls of wet insulation was removed from the area. The carpeting was pulled back during this process, but was able to be dried out and put back into place. New insulation, drywall, painting and baseboard replacement is illustrated in the after picture.
