Water Loss At A School

Water came in from a burst pipe in the ceiling of a classroom.  Due to SERVPRO of High Point's quick response time, the room was only inaccessible for a few days. We made it "Like it never even happened." Because the water came in from the ceiling, all contents was saturated, and it was necessary to utilize SERVPRO's document restoration process for the books and manuals that were affected. We also had to utilize six air movers and two dehumidifiers to get the moisture out of the air once the water was extracted from the flooring.  This high profile school was amazed at our expertise in taking care of every last detail in getting them back to their preloss condition!
