Funeral Home Flood

Clogged drain pipes caused water damage to this funeral home.  SERVPRO of High Point was able to dry out all carpeted areas in lieu of replacement. Each room that was extracted took a varying amount of time depending on how large of an area. There was approximately 15 rooms and we utilized four technicians to do the extracting.  This type of commercial grade carpeting would typically need replaced.  But the quick actions by our technicians in getting the water extracted made all the difference to this funeral home.  This customer was so impressed with our work that they said they'd be recommending us to their sister property locations at their next director's meeting.
