Toilet Water Supply Line

Water flowed from the upstairs bathroom through to the downstairs den ceiling and wall. Due to our quick mitigation, we were able to dry out this structure within a couple of days.  As you can see, part of the ceiling had to be cut out because it was too wet to save.  It was our intent not to cut out the entire ceiling, as we try to practice "minimal invasion", which means we will only do what is absolutely necessary to get the structure back to its' preloss condition. Our customer thought the entire ceiling was going to need to be replaced!
