Kitchen Floor Flood

This kitchen flooded because of a burst pipe under the kitchen sink.  Due to our quick mitigation, SERVPRO of High Point was able to get this kitchen back to its original condition "Like it never even happened." The homeowner was especially impressed with the time it took us to respond to their phone call.  They had been out of town and had come home in the middle of the night.  They could not believe that someone actually answered the phone at 2am!  I told them that is what we do here at SERVPRO.  We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for their convenience!
